Payment Policy Plan:
For accommodations and/or meal plan packages, a 50% deposit is recommended a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. Balance of payment is required upon arrival. If cancelled 3 weeks from date of arrival, full refund will be returned. If cancelled 7-21 days before arrival, half of the deposit (or 25% of the bill) will be non-refundable. If cancelled with less than one week's notice, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If the booking is postponed, rather than cancelled, half of the deposit (or 25% of the bill) will apply to new date if booked within one year of original date.

Deposit can be made by sending Visa/Mastercard/American Express card number and exp. date to hold as deposit or bank check sent (call first to hold reservation). Balance due upon arrival (US Cash, Travelers Checks, Bank Cards)
