First Class Accomodations

In a Remote pristine environment.
Anglers Kingdom is a clean, comfortable, and family owned camp, offering modern accommodations and equipment in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The camp is literally nestled among the pines of Pine Island on the North End of the West Side of Nungessor Lake north of Red Lake in Northwestern Ontario. The camp boasts over 1,000 feet of beautiful sand beach on its South East exposure.

Exceptionally good Trophy Walleye fishing.

Angler’s Kingdom is first and foremost a sport fishing camp. Our guests catching the fish of their dreams is our number one priority. Trophy pike and Walleye is what we’re all about.

The fish are stupid, most have never been caught before. Guests will experience one of the highest trophy rates to be found. This is not surprising considering that Nungesser has the perfect blend of ingredients. This dark water lake has approx. 30,000 acres of fish holding structure. Nungesser has over 100 miles of rock and sand shorelines, sand bars, mid lake reefs and humps, deep water access, long shallow bays for forage production and lot’s of lush cabbage and reed beds. More than 20 rivers and creeks provide excellent spawning areas for Walleye, Giant Pike and the Whitefish, Suckers, Perch, Ciscoes, Shiners and other baitfish they require for phenomenal growth.

Executive class equipment.

Very few remote camps offer boats and motors of this quality.
Our guests enjoy long days on the water getting out from catching fish not due to undomfortable boats. These fishing machines are fully equipped with trolling motors, LCD sonar units with GPS map navigation and marine radios.
Having spent a lifetime on the outdoors I am accutely aware that guests enjoy safe, comfortable and reliable equipment while on the water. Our guests report a noticable lack of fatigue associated with our sophisticated equipment. These fishing platforms are more stable with less side to side roll. The ISP hull and extra weight of these boads provide an incredibly smooth ride on pedestal seats.
Although guests catch trophy fish literally right in front of camp the 50 hp Honda motors wisk adventurers over 18 miles down the lake in 30 minutes. Marine radios keep you in touch should any problem arrise. Our staff go over item in the boat to assure everything is in place and you have no difficulty operating it.

Property amenities:
In 2007 we built two large four bedrooms cabins on each end of the camp, each of these cabins can sleep 10.
We have two 3 bedroom cabins and each has a small “sleeping” quarter’s cabin attached by a 20-foot boardwalk. This allows groups to put the people who snore in the sleeping cabin or perhaps the early risers can sleep in them. Whatever the arrangement most people will appreciate the flexibility. The sleeping quarters have 3 beds.

We built two new 3 bedroom cabins for 2008.
All our cabins are fully equipped. The kitchens have propane fridge/freezer, stove, hot and cold water at sink, all the dishes etc. the bathrooms have toilet, sink, shower, we supply hand, face and bath towels. We have purchased new comfortable mattresses, sheets, pillows and blankets. The cabins are expertly crafted of local pine logs, varnished to a high sheen and sealed tight. Some have carpeting, fireplace, patio doors. All have large windows viewing the lake. There are 3 smaller cabins set up to sleep 2 people in each. These cabins have bathrooms and sleeping quarters but are not equipped with kitchens. Guests in these cabins will dine in the Lodge dining room.

Nearby attractions and activities:
Nungesser Lake is the headwater of the entire Gull rock, Keg, Red, Little Vermillion, Nungesser Lake chain. Nungesser is about 25 miles long. The lake has approx. 30,000 acres of fish holding structure. Nungesser has rock shorelines, sand bars, mid lake reefs and humps, deep water access, long shallow bays for forage production and lot’s of lush cabbage and reed beds. 24 rivers and feeder creeks provide excellent spawning areas for Walleye, Pike and the forage that they depend on to thrive. Nungesser has phenomenal numbers of Walleye and depths of over 50 feet hold plenty of trophy-sized walleyes. It also has far above average Pike fishing with a large number of trophy fish.
