Blue Marlin Lodge is the pioneer and leader of Sport Fishing charters in Ecuador. Our customer can choose from two internationally known and legendary fishing destinations for world records such as Manta and Salinas. Salinas is the #1 beach resort of the country with all the infrastructure to satisfy every angler's needs, and it was the pioneer sport fishing destination of Ecuador with several World Records of Stripped Marlin, Tuna, Grouper and Wahoo (#1 Wahoo spot in the World).
90 miles north of Salinas is Manta. It is important to state that it has always been an important angling destination. We only need to mention Jorge "Pancho" Jurado and his 1,014, 17 years world record, blue marlin caught out in Manta on May 12, 1985. The waters around "Isla de la Plata", which is about 25 miles off Manta, had registered many world fishing records, including several billfishes, groupers and the current Makerel Pacific Sierra established on March 24, 1990.

We can organize shared tours for Salinas and Manta, and all of the "Marlin Boulevard" which begins in Cabo Blanco, Perú up to the south of Colombia, and also organize excursions to cities in the Highlands, as Quito and Cuenca, to Guayaquil, the principal industrial and commercial center of Ecuador and cruises or expeditions to the Galapagos Islands, another World Heritage site.

Salinas: 140 kilometers west of Guayaquil.
Manta: 200 kilometers northwest of Guayaquil.
Packages:
Tour includes boats, crew, fishing gear, breakfast and lunch. Lodging, transportation and tips are not included but can be arranged separately by us. Boats range from 28 footers, all the way to 60 footers. Depending on the customer's needs and amount of anglers fishing at the same time.
