Our small lodge, in Knight Inlet, will provide you with an unforgettable wildlife experience! Your safari starts with a sea plane trip [included] from Campbell River, on Vancouver Island, to our lodge. From there you will begin your safari in your guided boat with only 2 - 4 guests per boat. This way you get 'close and personal' with the animals. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness of Knight Inlet, more animals and then home for a gourmet dinner.
Your 4 Day/ 3 Night Knight Inlet safari also includes 1 night at our Campbell River hotel, on your return to Campbell River. If you enjoy photographing wildlife this is the best trip for you.

We’ve always thought that there wasn’t a lot of sense in leaving the city and its freeways just to join a large crowd. Most lodges accommodate 24-40 guests, and sometimes even more. This seemed to us far from ideal and certainly not the best way to enjoy the majestic wildlife of Knight Inlet.
Our lodge is small with a maximum of 10 guests and very friendly. You won't be 'herded' through your activities as happens in the larger lodges. Instead, you'll enjoy these magnificent animals from your safari boat with only a couple of other guests with you. Your guide will be knowledgeable and enjoy a story and joke with you. Our guests become, not only our wildlife companions but our friends as well.
We use safe 17 ft speedboats with 2 motors, VHF radio and retractable cover to get out of the rain. We also use a larger 19 ft speedboat for groups of 3 or 4. We supply you with sufficient equipment with any package that you choose. Boots, Suits, Rain Gear, Cooler Boxes are available at our lodge when needed. There’s just one thing, don’t forget your camera! A camera with a zoom lens is a help.

* Wildlife - We get very close to most species Grizzly Bear, Black Bear, Orca, Humpback, Minke Whale, Bald Eagle, Sea Lion, Seal, Otters and more.
* Inside Passage to Alaska - view the many islands, waterfowl, rainforest.
* Knight Inlet - waterfalls, ice fields, glacial water.

Policy:
A 40% deposit is required to reserve your date. This is 100% refundable 90 days for more prior to booking dates or if your takes are taken by a later reservation.
