As a one-story building with full access it is an ideal place for patients with reduced mobility including people in wheelchairs. For BED patients there are rooms with special accommodations including equipment for supporting life. The center has the modern physiotherapeutic and medical equipment, training and rehabilitation rooms, a swimming pool (with elevator) as well as rooms comprising the total of 43 beds (all conveniences included) and a suite. Patients can also have a nice time in the café. Each room has a bathroom with a shower and toilet and it is equipped with TV SAT, radio.
Patients are categorized who need help during their stay for the three types of assistance below:

- Patients not capable of self service.
