You will be hosted in the hotel Spa on half board (breakfast and dinner) basis for five days and four nights. During your stay you can choose the following treatments:
- Peeling (to choose) + Moisturizing. This treatment includes an exfoliating peeling enriched with a hydrating soft massage. A real aesthetic benefit and a pleasure for the senses.
- Personalized facial treatment (male or female). This sublime treatment will brighten and shine your skin that prevents skin aging for both men and women.
- Wrapping mud or algae. Natural products coming from the sea will benefit your skin and relieve some distresses by the mineral absorption through skin.
- Aromatherapy massage (warm oils). A delicious aromatherapy massage with a mix of warm natural oils for physical and mind relaxation which results in a sensible, energetic and distressing massage.

Recreational Area:
- Heated swimming-pool: covered in winter, with cross-current and water curtain.
- Jacuzzi: Small heated swimming-pool with air bubbles and water jets.
- Sauna: Dry bath. Makes the elimination of toxins easier and improves the health of skin
- Hammam: Re-moisturizing of skin tissue through the perspiration caused by the steam.
- Bi-thermal shower and Essence Shower: A shower with water jets at different temperatures and pressures. Stimulating effect shower combined with aromatherapy.

Treatments:
- Spa-Bath: the pressurized water and air jets give a small massage. There are different treatment programmes, including underwater massage using a pressurized hose.
- Vichy Shower: A relaxing massage is applied in combination with the properties of the water, a shower located on a bed.
- Jet Shower: Massages produced by high pressure water jets.
- Massages: any massage is beneficial. They improve our circulation, eliminate toxins and act on the nervous and energetic system. There are different options: relaxing massage, therapeutic massage, circulatory drainage etc.
- Algae and Mud: The properties of the mud and the enzymes from the algae are used to improve health.
