Perched on a plateau overlooking the Pacific, the property is situated on 3 acres of land with an abundance of trees and natural landscaping. The beach is only 5 minutes away and boasts some of the best surf in the country, welcoming sounds of crashing waves to accompany the majestic sunsets.

The Central Pacific has many important national and private protected areas. These pristine green zones provide sanctuary for many endangered species. The two most well known areas, Carara National Park and Manuel Antonio National Park, are readily accessible natural laboratories that nature lovers will enjoy immensely. Carara National Park borders the Tárcoles River. This transitional zone encompasses several ecosystems and harbors an incredible variety of wildlife including the largest population of Scarlet Macaws in Costa Rica.
In a range of 5 to 30 minutes north of the house you will find Bejuco Beach, Esterillos, Hermosa Beach, Jaco, Herradura, Marina Los Sueños and Carara National Park.
In a range of 5 to 30 minutes south of the house you will find Parrita town and beach, Damas Island and Manuel Antonio National Park.
