The Villa is only minutes away from the popular 192 highway with its many shops, restaurants and attractions and within easy reach of all the major highways for those trips further afield. The Disney Complex is just a ten minute drive away and the nightly fireworks can be seen from the upper Master Bedroom. Within a two minute drive we have WalMart and Winn Dixie supermarkets, a Post Office, bank, dentist, petrol station and a pizza takeaway and just a mile down the US-27 is a Publix supermarket, Library and a great Chinese takeaway. We are within an hour of Sanford airport and less than 30 minutes from Orlando International airport. Our spacious Villa has all you will need to relax and unwind at the end of a hectic day.
The living accommodation is light and spacious throughout with all rooms generously proportioned. As would be expected from a high quality home there is an over sized heated Swimming Pool with separate Jacuzzi, a large Deck Area with Table, Chairs and reclining Sun Loungers and Barbecue. For days when you need to cool down there is a covered Lanai with Ceiling Fan. The unique Florida Netting screens the pool keeping insects at bay whilst allowing the Florida Sun to penetrate freely during the day. All fresh linen and ample towels are provided. An iron, hairdryers, stair safety gate, travel cot, strollers and 2 bicycles are provided for your use.
A spacious open plan Family Room overlooking the Pool area with Patio Doors leading to the Lanai. The Family Room has ample comfortable seating with the larger sofa converting into a Queen sized Bed (if required). There is a large screen TV with numerous cable channels, DVD player, Music Center and PlayStation2. There is a selection of DVDs, CDs, Books and popular board games for your further enjoyment.
The large Kitchen is open plan with breakfast table and 4 chairs and is fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker etc, everything you are likely to need. For peace of mind there is a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit. The Villa has the added advantage of a separate Dining Room with a table and 6 chairs for those occasions where you may wish to eat in. This area is also useful for board games with the children.
There are 2 Master Suites which each have a King Sized Bed, twin Nightstands, Dressing Table, Mirror, TV/DVD, Hairdryer and Alarm Clock. There are walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging and storage space. The large bathrooms have walk-in showers, WC and vanity units and corner baths. The lower Suite has the added advantage of a door to the pool area. The Queen Room on the lower level is furnished with a nightstand and dresser, TV and alarm clock. This room also enjoys an en-suite bathroom.
Each room has Twin Beds with a Nightstand and Lamp and share a Jack and Jill Bathroom. Both rooms are adjacent to the upper Master Suite for your added peace of mind if you have younger children. The Disney themed room has a children's toy-box and stair safety gate. The Heated Pool is larger than average at 30ft long x 15ft wide. The Jacuzzi may be heated quickly and separately from the Pool. The Deck Area is also over sized allowing plenty of space for 4 reclining Sun Loungers, small Drinks Table, Barbecue, Patio Table and Rocking Chairs. Pool toys and a small life vest can be found in the Games Room. The Games Room has a soft tipped electronic Dartboard, Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Music Center. There are also 2 Bicycles.
