The country house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbecue. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
First floor Gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, family room with wood stove, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, office and laundry room. Second floorMaster bedroom with bath and a balcony with panoramic view of the ocean, second bedroom with bath.

The country house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking. Less then 15 minutes drive away close to the country house you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, a theater/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop. Less then 45 minutes drive away within easy reach of the country house you will find sailing, historic sites, a museum.
Policy:
Minimum stay a week starting on Saturdays. Deposit of USD500.00 refundable 30 days after check out. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, Pets are not allowed. Kannel is available in the property. Car needed.
Notes:
High Season June, July, August, February and mid March. The rest of the year low Season. House is closed on Last week of December.
