The villa will be rented only between 9 June - 22 September 2007 for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Services included: Electrician, water, linens. Change linens and towels 1 times per week, maid 3 hours for 3 times a week (no Sunday and holidays), swimming towels, special body soaps basket, fruits basket, 1 bottle of Chianti wine or 1 bottle of olive oil from owner's own production.

Luxury villa in Florence, Italy near Fiesole with private swimming pool. There are marble staircases, freezes on the walls, vaulted ceilings and terracotta floors. From the luxury villa , it’s pool and the gardens, it is possible to admire a splendid, panoramic view of Florence, Italy the surrounding hills and the breathtaking sunsets. The 5,000 sq m. garden is in the typical Italian style complete with elegant manicuring and countless marble statues.
Beside the luxury built villa and gardens there is an old wood with it’s own stream running through it. Here you will find a play area for children complete with swings and cubby house, close to the pool. The 6 x 6m pool is completely private, and is accompanied by sun chairs and umbrellas for lazy afternoons in the sun.
*Ground Floor: A spacious bedroom with two large single size beds ( a good size for 2 children to share a bed), a private shower room with a toilet, wardrobes and an original 18th century painting wall. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern facilities. Near the kitchen there is a small laundry room for your use. On the ground floor there is a luxurious living room, with an 18th century fireplace and a grand piano, floor to ceiling windows all around and a wonderful view over Florence and the hills surrounding. Next to this room is an elegant reception hall, with sofas, tables, and a frescoed wall. Here you can enjoy relaxing, watching the Sat TV, or a more formal meal at the dining table. There are large floor to ceiling doors that open out onto the gardens and pool area.
*First Floor: There are 3 double rooms (2 with fireplaces). One of the doubles has a kitchenette for making morning coffee. There is 1 twin room and 1 room with a queen size bed. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, except for two that share an adjoining bathroom. This bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and is all in marble. All rooms have antique wood floors and "Pietra Serena" stonework.
