Location & Nearby Attractions:
A private access white sand beach is a short walk away through the Estate. The beach offers a bar and restaurant - water sports are also available at additional cost. The neighbouring hotel has a PADI dive shop. The famous dunss waterfalls is 5 minutes away. The villa is well located to access the Ocho Rios attractions which include Quad Biking, Swimming with Dolphins, Horse Riding, river tubing, bamboo rafting and duty free shopping.
Policy:
25% deposit secures the villa (15% for all-inclusive arrangements) balance is payable 56 days prior to arrvial. Deposits are refundable subject to an incremental admin fee. Check in time if after 3pm and Check out is before 11am. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, nor are pets. Childcare can be arranged upon request.
