Villa Joanna is 170 sq. metres covered area in 2 floors. At the ground floor is the kitchen, fully equipped, lacking nothing in modern aids i.e. Fridge, cooking rings, oven, microwave oven, Electric kettle, filter machine, dish washer, washing machine and Iron with iron board.
At the same floor we have the sitting room and a dinning area with a dinning table for 8-9 persons. At the lounge very tastefully designed furniture with a 3 seats sofa and a 2 seats sofa, an armchair, a colour satellite TV. with SKY news , a video, a DVD, a Radio and a CD player.

At the ground floor we have also a twin bedroom with a shower room, with wash basin and WC. At the front is a patio area overlooking the villas own private swimming pool 5m X 10.m.
Villa amenities:
On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed, shower. and W.C en-suite, fitted wardrobe and a safe box. The other 2 twin bedrooms with communal shower room with wash basin and W.C. All bedrooms share a large balcony overlooking the sea and the pool.
All bedrooms have their own Air conditioning, charged extra CYP.2.50 per day per unit.
Enjoy swimming in the crystal clear salty water. Don’t miss a swimming at night time, under the stars and moon light on months June, July, August and September.
Ample sun beds, umbrella’s and Garden furniture are around the pool area. In front of the pool is the garden with grass, bananas and other trees around.
Location & Nearby Attractions:
Villa Joanna is next door to villa Stalo. Both villas are suitable for families with children. Children have great time and good fun at the pool.
