This brand new three bedroom beachfront villa with pool is located on a peninsular in the north of the island of St. Lucia, at Trouya Beach. Its large fully equipped kitchen boasts all modern facilities. This open floor plan villa has a king size 4- posted bed in the master bedroom with an en suite Italian/European style bathroom. One bedroom comes with 2 single beds or a king size bed depending on your choice and the other a standard size bed. The three bedrooms three bathrooms villa is tiled throughout,comes with A/C in each bedroom and a large patio area with its own swimming pool. Also has cable television and telephone service. A vehicle is highly recommended, we do provide vehicle hire service,airport shuttle service and over 100 activities. The villa is located on a small development consisting of 4 modern luxury villas near the beach and is literally seconds away from its own small cove beach area and is great for large families. A five star hotel is nearby which hosts a mini mart, boutiques, spa and restaurants. The hotel welcomes all visitors as it is not all inclusive.

The villa is located on a peninsular and it therefore near water masses which is easily accessible. Beach nearby is great for snorkling.
Policy:
We must receive a deposit of 20% to secure your dates and unit. 40% deposit 6 weeks before arrival, and the balance 40% is due upon arrival. We accept (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Once your reservation is made via our secure reservations page or by telephone or fax, you will receive a receipt in 24 hours. You can also pay with cash or travellers cheques upon arrival. Money orders can be sent to Gateway Real Estate Ltd, local cheques are to be written to Gateway Real Estate Ltd.
2) The cancellation fee charged is 25% of payment once made before arrival. Cancellations/early departures done while here are non-refundable.
3) Bookings made for less than 7 days, will require the full payment. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival will require a 60% deposit and balance due upon arrival.
4) Please remember to bring your drivers license if you are hiring a vehicle. There is a fee of $20 U.S for a temporary local license. Click here for Vehicle rates. It is always wise to double check that you have written your correct email address to ensure possible contact. A receipt will be emailed to you within 24 hours of making reservation.
5) There is a 5% tax charge to be included. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
6) Full amount will be refunded in the event of a hurricane before arrival.
