This gorgeous new 4 bedroom villa in Devé has so many special features it’s hard to know where to begin so let’s start as soon as you open the door. Your eyes go to a panoramic ocean view delightfully framed by a picture window and this is in the media room! Glass enclosed, cool and comfy (Auréve has central air throughout) with a wall-mounted plasma TV, it is the perfect home cinema. A deluxe fitness area is outfitted for a professional athlete, with both cardio and universal gym equipment,* a large steam room, its own full bath, and a Ligne St. Barth massage area.Guests enjoying their workout can also enjoy the spectacular views over Toiny, St. Kitts and Nevis that are available throughout the villa.
The kitchen is fit for a gourmet and equipped with everything a professional chef could want or need including a walk-in refrigeration unit, a wine cellar and lovely additions like a coffee bean grinder and an expresso machine. An open floor plan includes roomy and airy living and dining spaces. In recounting the special features, we have to include Auréve’s crescent-shaped, infinity-edged, heated swimming pool. The surrounding deck is bathed in sun with loads of comfortable lounges and, off to the side, a stately carved-from-concrete picnic table sits under palm trees. The terrace which also includes a BBQ and food prep area is a wonderful venue for entertaining or just relaxing.
Two of the villa’s 4 bedrooms are on the main level, both with king beds and baths en suite. The designated master suite has a sitting area cum office and a wonderfully private deck furnished with a bistro table and chairs for morning coffee or an evening apéritif. The lower level includes the other bedrooms (queen). With baths en suite as well, they have separate entrances ensuring privacy. One has its own sitting area, separated by glass sliders which could easily serve as sleeping accommodations for a child.
Stunningly landscaped and beautifully decorated, Auréve boasts all the latest in technology like Bose surround sound, Sony plasma TV encased in consoles at the foot of the beds and Ipod docking stations. A magnificent property for any family’s dream vacation!
