The villa is set along gentle slopes overlooking the Chiascio river valley and enjoys beautiful and extensive views over the surrounding countryside of Umbria. At guests disposal during the vacation: beautiful garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, indoor private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m - open from 07/04 to 27/10) and covered patio. On the estate there are three small lakes, a deer-breeding, a 40-hectare wood, rose-and truffle-growing and vineyards. The owners produce cheese, honey, marmalade and breed hens and chickens. Access to the property through an unpaved road. Parking within the grounds.
