Its 7 acres of olive trees look across the now famous Cortona countryside. The orchard is replete with fruit trees — and a covered loggia is shaded and perfect for barbecues.
The main floor of the house has two sitting rooms (one with doors to the covered terrace, the other with a fireplace), a dining room, kitchen, cloakroom/WC and two terraces. The second floor has 2 double-bedded rooms and another 2 twin bedded rooms (all with en-suite baths) and covered terraces. The villa has a pool (with heat retaining summer cover) as well as a changing room and bathroom at pool level.
Villa Beatrice has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, satellite TV, radio, CD Player and telephone (for incoming calls only). The Villa provides basic maid service 6 days a week. There is also a gardener and pool service.
The village of Mercatale di Cortona is 5 kms. away, where there is a bank with an ATM machine, a small supermarket, friendly restaurants and even an Internet Café. The Villa is 20 minutes away from Lake Trasimeno and from the A1 Autostrada which links to all of Umbria and Tuscany.
