This beautiful villa is located in the hills of Camaiore, about 15 minutes from Forte dei Marmi and 7 minutes from the beach at Lido di Camaiore. The villa is surrounded by 6000 meters of woodlands. It has a lovely garden, swimming pool as well as an outdoor barbecue. The swimming pool area has a bathroom and shower. There is also a pizza oven one could hire a pizza chef for parties during your stay.
The main floor of the villa has a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, wood burning oven, TV and bathroom with shower. The main floor has a large living room with satellite TV, kitchen, large fireplace and dining room. The house is equipped with a computer and printer.
The first floor has a large master bedroom, with bathroom (hydromassage) and satellite TV, another master bedroom with a full bathroom, a twin bedroom with a full bathroom (and TV) as well as a dressing room with a bathroom with a shower. The Villa has an adjacent cottage with an apartment containing a master bedroom, TV and bathroom with shower.
Accomodations: 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms in the main villa and 1 bedroom and bathroom in the cottage. Sleeps 8 maximum. Three hours of domestic help are included daily. A cook is available on request.
