This is a very attractive villa, located in the heart of the Maremma area of Tuscany, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It is a completely redone large stone farmhouse which itself was constructed on top of the ruins of an ancient Roman Villa. The large Roman well and walls are well preserved and form an integral part of the villa, which is located 2 kms from the center of the medieval hamlet of Campagnatico.
Completely air conditioned, the Villa is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It has a large living room with fireplace and color TV, a modern kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer) with a dining area - which opens to an outside "al fresco" terrace. The master bedroom has a fireplace and ensuite bathroom. There is another twin bedroom (with the possibility of a third bed) and a third bedroom (that also sleeps three). There are two other bathrooms with shower as well as a separate laundry room.
The Villa is located in a very quiet area with beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape and Monte Amiata. The house has a lovely large swimming pool and jacuzzi. There is an ample parking area. Three hours of maid service per day is included in the rental price.
