Casa del Mar is located in a small hamlet off the road that connects Soller and Deia. The whole area is immersed in fragrant pine forests and one can hear the sound of the sea from each bedroom. It is a traditional stone built house but with all the luxuries of modern living. The house was designed by the same architect that built the famous hotel La Residencia, in Deia. The house is 10 minutes drive from the famous artistic town of Deia which has various shops, restaurants, and other services. Casa del mar is also very close to the market town of Soller which has a daily fish market and a nearby port town with some great seaside restaurants. One of the best things about this property is being able to walk right down into the Mediterranean sea then come back and have a BBQ and relax on the terrace and watch the sun go down.

3 double bedroom all with en-suite bathrooms.Each bedroom has a large double four-poster bed. Each room also has access to a terrace looking out to the sea.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
The house is 10 minutes drive from the market town of Soller and its seaside port town which has many bars, restaurant and shops. The famous artistic town of Deia is also only 10 minutes drive away.
Policy:
30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The minimum stay is 5 days.
Cancellation Policy
a) 30 days or more prior to arrival: 50% of balance will be refunded i.e. not including the deposit
b) 29-15 days prior to arrival: 25% of balance is refunded i.e. not including the deposit
c) 14 - 01 days prior to arrival: no refund will be paid
d) under unforeseen circumstances the management reserves the right to cancel the retreat 45 days prior to the start of the retreat. In this case a full refund will be provided.
e) Each cancellation will be viewed on an individual basis and where possible “The Mallorca Retreat” will exercise the flexibility to reduce or waive cancellation charges depending on the exact circumstances which have caused clients to cancel.
