The standard kitchen features and kitchen appliances in our flats: Kitchen appliances which would remain at a house and more, like wall type kitchen Cupboards, all kinds of kitchen appliances used for cooking, food service settings for six persons, tea and coffee sets for six person, single door or double door refrigerator, stove, water heater, pots and pans for cooking, micro wave oven upon request, suction fan (bedroom, living room, bath room). For 2-4 persons.

This area is close to the sea side, public transportation, 5 minutes walking from Topkapi Palace, blue mosques, hippodrome, St. Sophia, 15 minutes walking from grand bazaar.

Policy:
For the reservation guarantee we need 1 day payment as a deposit. You can make it:
- By bank transfer
- By western union money transfer
- By credit card. If you pay by credit car you need to pay 18% Tax Extra.

Cancellation Policy. As our standard policy we request you to cancel the room(s) within 20 days. If you cancel before this, generally you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling after this period will result in a cancellation penalty, typically one night's room charge applied to your credit card - assuming the reservation was guaranteed with a credit card.
