Spacious and beautifully appointed interiors feature two separate living areas, a dining room, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with Garland stove and fabulous center preparation island with sink. Four lovely bedrooms include two master suites, each on a different level and equipped with a television. All bathrooms are luxuriously fitted, with the lower level master en-suite offering a Jacuzzi bath. A full bath is shared by two bedrooms, and there is a powder room as well.
A brick tiled patio surrounds the private swimming pool and is equipped with a barbecue. A lovely screened veranda is furnished with a stylish wrought iron dining set and provides wonderful ocean views. Villa Positano is within easy walking distance of the little town of West Bay, with grocery store and post office, etc., and only a few minutes drive to all the “action” of busy Seven Mile Beach including excellent restaurants, duty free shopping, entertainment, golf, water sport shops and much more.
Note: Food and beverages are not included in the rates for Villa Positano. Food shopping, and babysitting services are available at additional charges and by prior arrangement. A minimum 5-night reservation is required during high season; a minimum 7-night reservation is required during low season. Please inquire for rates that apply to any 14-night minimum reservation over the Christmas/ New Years holidays. Two-bedroom rates are not offered over the holidays (Christmas/ New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving, Presidents Week).

Policy:
*Payment Policy. A 50% deposit is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received at least 45 days prior to travel. A 50% deposit is required to confirm holiday reservations and balances of payment must be received at least 60 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 45 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.
*Cancellation Policy. Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to travel are subject to penalty of 2 nights rent plus $100. Holiday reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to travel are subject to a penalty of 3 nights rent plus $100. With less than the required notice, partial refunds if the villa is re-rented for the entire period or with medical certificate showing a death/fatal illness or severe injuries, etc. Otherwise, the deposit is held on file and can be used for a future stay at the same villa within a year, on condition that the villa is available and not sold.
