The cottage, set in the grounds of Leamington Pavilion, has its own private driveway and a gate leading straight onto the beach. The cottage features a private beach front sun terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a reef in front of the cottage and good swimming and beach area is available both north and south of the property, a very short walk along the beach.
The open concept interior of Leamington Cottage is both intimate and charming, and furnished with rattan seating and plush sofas set on cool tiled floors. While the cottage is basically simple, all is done in very good taste and is very comfortable.
The bedroom offers twin beds (pushed together), air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom with a fitted wardrobe. An additional bathroom has a shower only, and can be used by guests accommodated by the sofa bed. This cottage is ideal for one couple, but can also sleep one child or another adult if necessary upon special request at time of booking.
The staff at Leamington Cottage consists of a maid/ cook and gardener. Staff hours are daily from 9:00am until after lunch, and from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. All water sports may be arranged just up the beach near Cobblers Cove Hotel, which is located next door to the Leamington Estate.

*Payment Policy: A 30% deposit is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received at least 45 days prior to travel. A 50% deposit is required to confirm holiday reservations and balances of payment must be received at least 60 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 45 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.
*Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to travel are subject to a 15% penalty. Reservations canceled 45 - 59 days prior to travel result in 30% penalty or forfeiture of deposit. Reservations canceled 45 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Payments for all holiday reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
*Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit for this property is collected against any accidental damages or miscellaneous charges that may occur at the property and can be usually be refunded within 90 days after check-out. Telephone deposit refunds may be delayed due to local billing practices.
