Reservations canceled 45 - 59 days prior to travel result in 30% penalty or forfeiture of deposit. Reservations canceled 45 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Payments for all holiday reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
*Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit for this property is collected against any accidental damages or miscellaneous charges that may occur at the property and can be usually be refunded within 90 days after check-out.
