Both the two and three bedroom residences offer sophisticated and comfortable interiors, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and central air-conditioning with individual controls.
In the two bedroom residence, each bedroom suite is fitted with a king bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The three bedroom residences are fitted with a king size bed in two bedroom suites, and twin beds (which may be converted to a king), in the third suite. Each bedroom suite features deluxe marble and granite bathrooms, and down-filled bedding.
Covered balconies provide wonderful views of the beach and beyond. Two large beach front swimming pools, a children's pool and a whirlpool spa surrounded by swaying palms and tropical landscaping are bordered by beach restaurants.
Guests may enjoy full access to all hotel amenities of the adjoining Ritz-Carlton Hotel including the Health Club, tennis, Club Members' Lounge, dedicated Concierge to arrange such services as food shopping, massage, babysitting, daily activities and water sports, spa visits, fax and computer rentals, newspaper and magazine deliveries, and limousines and taxis. *Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 45 days or more prior to travel will result in a 25% penalty. Cancellation 45 days or less prior to travel will result in a 100% penalty. If canceled dates are re-booked to another client, 70% of the nights re-booked will be refunded. We strongly recommends cancellation insurance.
*Security Deposit Policy: Security/ damage deposits are fully refundable, less appropriate charges, 60 - 90 days after your departure from the villa.
