From the pool area, and approximately 35 feet below, steps cascade down to the crown jewel of Sand Dollar - its own perfect crescent-shaped white sand beach, where pelicans dive. Here, guests may swim, snorkel, beach comb, or simply languish at the shore of the warm, Caribbean waters.
Sand Dollar is set within over one acre of natural landscape and invites guests to explore its scenic trail. This very secluded villa has an electronic-gate entry, ensuring both security and privacy for its guests. Personal stationery and complimentary daily newspaper delivery are included.
Just next door is 'Little Sand Dollar', a 1,400 square foot stone cottage with a stairway down to its own private white sand beach, apart from Sand Dollar's white sand pocket beach. It is fully air-conditioned and offers a well-equipped kitchen, a garden bathroom and a covered balcony overlooking Magens Bay. Its amenities include cable television/ VCR/ DVD player, Sony Play station 2, 2-line telephone, and laundry facilities.
Note: Food and beverage costs are not included in the rate for this property. Gourmet chef and/or extra maid services are available at an additional rate and by prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted indoors at this property. A 3-bedroom rental will be accommodated in Sand Dollar Estate's main level only (not the pool-level suites).

*Payment Policy: 50% deposit immediately, and balance is due 60 days prior to travel.
*Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 45 days or more prior to travel will result in a 25% penalty. Cancellation 45 days or less prior to travel will result in a 100% penalty. If canceled dates are re-booked to another client, 70% of the nights re-booked will be refunded. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
*Security Deposit Policy: Security/ damage deposits are fully refundable, less appropriate charges, 60 - 90 days after your departure from the villa.
