Maid service is included before, after, and a light clean-up in the middle of your stay. Additional maid service is available for $10 an hour with a three-hour minimum. If you’d like to hire a cook or chef, this can be easily arranged. However, there are a number of very enjoyable restaurants on the island. We highly recommend a rental car for dining out, as well as to explore all the activities and attractions Providenciales has to offer.
If you want to bring your laptop computer, unlimited high speed internet access is available at no charge, but there is no computer at the villa.
In addition to air conditioning in all the bedrooms, Sunset Point Villa now has A/C in the main Living Room/Kitchen area for our guests’ comfort and convenience. If desired, guests may opt to use the new living room A/C at their discretion for an additional fee (approximately 40˘ per kilowatt hour, based on PPC rates). Usage will be metered and billed at cost, which is common for vacation villas on the island. Guests may monitor their A/C usage from a separate, easy-to-read digital meter. A/C for the rest of the villa will continue to be included in the rental price.
