A relaxing 10-15 minute walk will take you to La 5ta Ave., the heart of playa where you will find shopping, dinning and entertainment. Perched at the end of the street with its massive half turret and cubist pop-art exterior, Aqua is more like a modern castle than a villa, complete with a moat-like swimming pool and wide lawn on its garden side. A wide front door swings open to its great room, an expansive area that creates the illusion of being outdoors by means of its interior garden, high ceiling and curved glass wall. Windows cover the entire side of the room. The dining room has its own set of ceiling-to-floor windows and a dining table that sits up to 10 people.
Just off the dining room is the gourmet kitchen with all the accessories. Another living room with a full wet bar is on the opposite side of the kitchen and is a perfect place for entertaining or watching TV. A slider opens to the lawn and swimming pool. Outside, the lawn is the perfect complement to the golf course that is just on the other side of some trees. The pool sun deck is set here, furnished with chaise lounges, dining table, chairs and a shade umbrella. Next to the pool patio is the indoor squash court and gym, fully equipped with free weights, exercise equipment and morelike having your own private health club. The bedroom suites are simple and fresh, all in white. There are two bedrooms downstairs and three on the upper level. Each has its own bathroom.
