Located only 13 miles north of San Jose this East Cape escape offers all the luxuries of home and much more. Just a twenty-five minute drive from San Jose you will be in your own secluded paradise. The main house has 3 rooms, a master room with the best views in all of Cabo, San Jose and the East Cape and two smaller but equally comfortable rooms downstairs. The rear house is situated on a four car garage and is home to caretakers Doug and Debbie. Since Casa Kash is a self sufficient and contained home (solar and generator run), Doug and Debbie will be there to help you with the running of the house and any questions you may have. This house is great for a family get-away, multiple couples or those who are the party types.
Everything in Casa Kash is first class! The house has central air and individual air in both downstairs rooms. Each room has HD Television and Dish network for all your movie and television needs. The master bedroom has a 42" HDTV, downstairs rooms each have 28" flat screens as well. The living room has a 55" HDTV with internet access, media center, over 500 prerecorded cd's, and a state of the art surround sound system. The Pool area also has 8 outdoor speakers. Great for lounging around and parties. All appliances are 1st class as well which includes a microwave, Thermador stove and BBQ, large refrigerator/freezer and all of the cooking pots pans, knives and kitchen utensils that you'll need. There is also a coffee maker.
A full size washer and dryer is located in the laundry room. There is a nice size infinity pool, Jacuzzi, many lounge chairs and seating areas on the outdoor patio. All of this with the perfect ocean view. It also includes and outdoor fire pit situated overlooking the ocean. Both bathrooms are very nice and the master has a view to die for with a large bathtub as well. Closet space is plentiful and the master bedroom patio is huge with great lounge chairs as well as a hammock. The back casita is available for two people. The unit is very nice with a great ocean view and large deck, approximately 1000 sqr feet. It has a refrigerator, small stove, microwave, internet access, a 32 inch LCD with Dish network and DVD player. It has its own bathroom. The bed size is a King Bed. The casita is located right behind the main house approximately 100 feet away.

Transfers from the airport to the villa can be arranged. A 4X4 car hire is required as the roads to the villa are not paved.
