A cool, airy sitting room leads on to an east facing terracotta tiled terrace which remains cool throughout the day. There is a dining area to the rear of the sitting room with a hatch through to the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob and all electrical appliances.
The large master bedroom (18 x 14) has a queen size bed plus a "daybed" with a roll away underneath and has an en suite bathroom with tub and shower. The twin room has a bathroom in the hall with a large shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and the master bedroom also has a ceiling fan.
Details:
Maid service 1x per week in the winter but if required maid can be arranged at extra cost.
