There is a spacious living area of 260 meters squared, terraces, fenced in land with olive trees and the security of a remote electric gate and alarm system. Outside lies a 15 meter by 15 meter swimming pool that can be heated on request (at an additional charge) which is protected with a sliding shutter. Accompanying this is a pool house with BBQ, shower, sinks garden furniture and a garage with place for 2 cars. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, laundry room with a washer and dryer, salon to relax in with large leather sofas and plasma screen TV with satellite.
The first bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a complete bathroom with tub, shower and basin and is wheel chair accessible. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bathroom with a shower and separate WC and salon. This floor also has a small office with an extra bed. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed, its own air conditioning and bathroom with shower. The other is larger that has a salon with TV and has a king bed, its own air conditioning and bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
