The property consists of a main villa and Perla which is situated in a completely separate area. The distance between the two houses and the terraced gardens guarantee both houses, complete privacy. Perla is accessed by a private, security protected road, which also leads to other villas immersed in the greenery of this hillside, bordering the coastline. Inside the fenced garden there is outdoor parking for one car.
From the entrance gate you descend the stone steps to the main villa and the cottage. The delightful small garden of Perla is equipped with high quality sun lounges, outdoor chairs and a splendid panoramic terrace, from where you can admire the view of the island of Capri and breathe in the atmosphere of peace and serenity.
The terrace is also accessible directly from the kitchen and is furnished for candlelit dinners overlooking the breathtaking scenery. The swimming pool has a hydro massage area and is equipped with a swim against current system. By the pool is a small changing room with WC and shower. This spacious cottage has been recently renovated retaining its beautiful stone walls and using brand new furniture. The space has been divided intelligently and the functional kitchen is well equipped.
Both the ground and lower ground floors have doors and French doors making it possible to exit directly into the terraced gardens of the villa and their enchanting areas. Sorrento, just 3miles from Perla, is the ideal base for excursions to all the Sorrentine coast. From Sorrento it is also possible to take the ferry or hydrofoil to Capri and Ischia. You may also take the "Circumvesuviana" train, to visit ancient Pompei and Ercolano. The nearest sandy beach is 3km away, 10 minutes drive.
