The villa provides excellent outside areas, with a large laid-to-lawn garden and an attractive private pool (6x4 m) area complete with sun loungers and a lovely and shady barbecue corner. Directly adjacent to the villa and this area is also a dining terrace with wooden patio furniture. An additional veranda with splendid views is located on the upper floor. Situated between Nerja and Torrox, the villa is nestles on an hillside position, enjoying stunning countryside views and far reaching views out to Nerja (4,5 km) where you will find a humming town center and very nice beaches at a 10 minute drive.
Within a short drive you will also find the picturesque villages of the Axarquía, such as Cómpeta, famous for its orange blossom honey and sweet muscatel wines. The city of Málaga is less than a hour of away and offers the museum Picasso as one of its landmarks. Please note: the access to this villa is via a mountain track, therefore good driving experience is recommended.
