With all rooms on one floor, it’s luminous interior is simple and friendly. French doors open onto the terrace from the living/dining room, where you will find a fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a double bedroom and a full bathroom.

You will find a bar-restaurant and small supermarket at walking distance within the Capistrano village. For your alfresco meals, you will like the sun-terrace overlooking the pretty garden and the private pool (7x4m). Sun beds and barbecue are provided.
