With its’ large south-facing garden, you’ll enjoy a sunny villa, well positioned on a low hillside to overlook the wide expanse of lush green lawn around the large private pool (10x4m). Inside, the accommodation is on two levels with exterior steps linking the ground and first floors thereby offering two spacious self-contained living areas, perfect for a large group or two families traveling together.
The comfortable, bright rooms of this villa are decorated with taste, generally with pine furnishings and very much in a traditional Spanish style that is ideal for keeping the villa cool in the warm climate. On the ground floor, you’ll find granny’s flat, an independent one bedroom apartment, with it’s own living room, kitchen, twin bedroom and bathroom.
Upstairs is the main living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite TV and an open-plan kitchen with 4 rings gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. On this floor you’ll also find a double bedroom, two twins and 2 bathrooms.

Located off the Nerja to Frigiliana road and accessed via a private country lane, the villa is within a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Nerja (3,5km) and its beautiful beaches, an ideal place for relaxing. Sun loungers, barbecue and patio furniture are provided.
Upstairs you’ll find a large covered dining terrace with distant sea views, providing a lovely spot to relax and enjoy any time of the day but especially during the quiet siesta hours. An additional rooftop sun terrace accessed via a spiral staircase takes in even more of the view and is great for undisturbed sunbathing.
Explore the area on foot, a walkers' paradise, well documented in the locally available guide "Twelve Walks Around Nerja". By car, the pretty white villages of the Axarquia and historic Granada are just a few of the excursions to be enjoyed.
