All the rooms of the house are set on one floor, to be reached by a staircase. The interior is very bright, emphasized by the marble floor in the entrance, living and dining room, with comfortable and simple furniture, in rustic style. The living room mixes ambiance the dining room and has an open fireplace, 3 sofas, satellite-TV and enlargeable dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine (no dishwasher). Some of the kitchens cupboards could use a bit of renovation. The bedrooms are in a correct state and consist of 3 doubles, 2 twins and 1 single where a supplementary bed can be place (upon request, a supplement applies). Three full bathrooms for shared use.

Those who know the area, will be delighted to hear that this villa this located in between the residential areas of Capistrano Village and Juan of Capistrano, both being a copy of the typical Andalusian town, with narrow streets, alleys and little squares with whitewashed houses, many flowers and Mediterranean plants.
The situation, at 1,5 km northeast of Nerja provides peace and tranquil with all facilities like supermarkets, restaurants, tapa bars and nightlife at a short distance. The outside area includes a spacious and lawned garden, a private pool and a separate pool for children. Below the house you’ll find a shady basement terrace, ideal to enjoy your outside dinners or a lazy siesta.
A barbecue is provided. The villa and its gardens, offer splendid views on Nerja and surroundings down to the Mediterranean. The famous beaches, like the playa Burriana and the beaches along the creeks near the Balcon de Europe, are only a 5 minute drive away or to be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. This villa is also ideal to for a visit to Granada and its famous Alhambra palace or to discover the traditional villages of the Axarquía area. The Picasso Museum in Málaga is a must-see for art-lovers.
