This is a very friendly country retreat, with spectacular views on the surrounding landscape and far reaching views out to the Mediterranean. The whitewashed village of Frigiliana is only a 5 minute drive away. With one double bedroom this is the ideal property for a relaxing vacation for a couple.
It’s interior is simple and friendly, with traditional rustic charm. A double bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with bath/shower and WC are situated on entrance level. The living/dining room with adjoining veranda on a lower level. The neat kitchen has a gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave.
A washing machine is situated in the basement. All together, this villa provides enough space for a couple to unwind and enjoy a wonderful time on this idyllic spot.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
The villa is situated in the countryside with shops, restaurant and tapa-bars of Frigiliana at a 3km distance. From the main road, a 500m rough track leads to the house, passing through an avocado orchard. The lovely patio-entrance, is reached by 11 steps.
The swimming pool (4.4m x 4.5m) and its sun terrace, situated on a lower level, provide a perfect setting to enjoy an alfresco meal with wonderful views on the landscape and Mediterranean. A barbecue is provided. Another option is the covered veranda, accessed through the living room.
For a day trip, historic Granada with it's Alhambra palace is well worth a visit and not far from here. The pretty white villages of the Axarquia and the historic Nerja caves are just some of the excursions to be enjoyed.
