The house has a beautiful and very spacious living room with open-plan kitchen on the ground floor. The high, beamed ceiling ensures that, even on hot summer days, the house keeps pleasantly cool. The two oil-mills in the center of the living room emphasize the history of the house.
The decoration of the building is very traditional with rustic furniture: an open fireplace, a rocking chair, a couch, several armchairs, table dining room for 6 people, satellite TV and radio/CD-player. The kitchen comes with a ceramic hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. The washing machine is located in another room.
On the first floor of the main building, the bedrooms comprise a double room with a lovely en suite bathroom and a twin room, using the bathroom halfway downstairs. Adjacent but fully integrated to the house, a unit with both internal and independent access, features another 2 bedrooms. Downstairs, a charming but narrow twin bedroom with a neat living/dining room. Upstairs, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower over tub, bidet and basin.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
Located in the countryside of Frigiliana (5 km) and surrounded by an olive grove with a lovely creek nearby, this old mill guarantees a tranquil and peace. In summertime, when the creek is dry, it is used as a track to reach the house. In winter, an alternative track is used.
The delightful outside area features a spacious garden with plenty of sunbathing space, lawn, olive trees and a swimming pool of 7 by 3 meters. A very pleasant, covered patio with dining table for 6 and barbecue is splendid for your outside meals.
