The furniture and the decoration are of excellent quality and have been chosen with eye for detail, evoking a homely feel.
The spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining room gives access by two steps to the living room, also in an open plan design. The living room offers very comfortable seating and an open fireplace will warm up the villa on the cooler days in off-season, whilst the air conditioning will be a welcome feature on the hottest days. Satellite-TV is also available.
The kitchen is decorated with use of wood and Andalusian tiling and very well equipped with 4 rings hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bedrooms offer space to 4 persons: the master bedroom is very spacious bedroom and comes with a double bed whilst another bedroom is actually meant for 2 children, although 2 adults will also sleep comfortably on the quality 2 beds-drawer.

The villa is conveniently located in a rural residential area of Torrox-Costa. The beaches, restaurants and stores of Torrox-Costa are 5 minutes drive (1 km) and can also be reached on foot. The famous beaches of Nerja and the whitewashed town of Torrox-pueblo are both 6 km away. The house is totally walled, ensuring good privacy.
It’s got a lovely outside area, with a spacious sun terrace, a garden area and a an attractive private pool of 7 by 4,4 m. The lovely patio corner with barbecue is a perfect setting to enjoy your alfresco meals or to read a book in the shadow.
