This Sydney Vacation Rental Apartment is located on Sydney's` prestigious and scenic North Shore just 12 miles (20 kms) from the city center. It is built amidst the tree tops, adjoins a National Park and has wonderful bushland views. It is only a 5 min walk from a rail station where there is a direct service to the city and it is quite, safe and very secluded.

However if you`re young and you desire to visit the night clubs and party atmosphere of a large city this apartment or any of our vacation packages would not be suitable. Accommodation only is available. or couples may wish to choose one of our full or part time vacation packages that include accommodation and tours. These can be designed to meet each guests individual needs depending on length of stay.

The apartment contains combined kitchen lounge and dining, separate bedroom and bathroom with an external covered deck. Is approximately 100sqm in size.
Villa amenities:
Kitchen:- Full size includes Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, full size oven and all minor appliances including glassware etc.
Lounge/Dining: Quality timber and glass furniture, leather lounges,original Australian art, polished timber floors with plush rugs. There is also a LCD TV with free cable, free broadband Internet connection and a library containing everything there is to know about Australia.
Bedroom:- Queen size bed, very high quality linen, ample storage including a safe for personal security.
Bathroom: Again all quality fixtures and fittings and includes your own personal washer/dryer.
Deck: Overlooking the pool and bushland has its own BBQ and further dining facilities.
Swimming Pool: With this accommodation there is no sharing. The apartment the pool and all facilities are solely for the use of the individual couple in residence.
Location & Nearby Attractions:
Transport: Nearby Rail Station (5 min walk). Direct service to the city.
Shopping: Within 5 min drive or one train stop. Huge complex with every retail outlet, theaters and a multitude of restaurants.
Attractions: Koala Park animal sanctuary, KuringGai Chase National Park, Sydneys northern beaches, Hawkesbury River and the city itself
Policy:
The Australia Vacation Apartment is for 2 persons only, non smoking and is available year round. There is a minimum 3 day stay WITH A 45 DAY MAXIMUM with no check in or out regulations. A 30% deposit is required at time of booking and full payment made 90 days before arrival.
