Magnificent villa only 10 minutes walk from the beautiful white and sandy beaches of Conil de la Frontera. This is one of our favorites! The interior is very tastefully decorated with good quality furniture.
All the rooms are set on the ground floor. The lounge/dining room is a very tastefully decorated with nice quality furniture, an open fireplace, dining table, 2 sofas and satellite TV. The very well equipped kitchen comes with vitro ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other bedrooms are twin bedded. Excellent mattresses and duvets are available for the cooler days in off-season.

This is a peaceful villa set in a quiet rural development of Conil de la Frontera. The beach is a walk of 10 minutes, a convenient small camping supermarket even less than that, while the town center is a 5 minutes drive.
Because of its location, this is a good option for those who want to combine a sunbathing vacation with interesting trips to the cities of Cadiz, Seville or the White villages. The attractive garden with great lawn offers enough privacy and is well taken care.
The terrace to the front of the property is perfect for eating alfresco, whilst the private pool of 4,5 by 7 meters to the side of the property can be flood lit for moonlight bathing. The pool is set in a gated area, providing extra security for children.
