The kitchen is directly connected to the dining room via an opening for serving food and is modern and well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The dining room has French doors on two sides that can be completely opened up making this room feel like part of the courtyard. You will also find a lavatory on the ground floor. The bedrooms are situated on the first floor, light and airy and comprise one double, one twin and a single bedroom that can be made into a twin. A full bathroom is also situated on the first floor. The central heating makes this a comfortable and practical choice all year round.

Hidden behind an ancient timber door in a quiet street of the pretty village of Chite, the former miller’s house is an example of how a village house can be beautifully restored to make a wonderful holiday home.
The village is situated in the yet undiscovered green Lecrín valley, well known locally for its fields of orange and lemon trees. This is a walkers paradise! For those who enjoy a dip in the ocean, at a half hour drive you’ll be at the beaches of the Mediterranean.
From the open plan dining room, doors open to the lovely patio-courtyard, provided with a patio furniture and an attractive private pool with sun loungers and barbecue.
