The village of Illora is a pleasant 10 minute walk or instantly to be reached by car. Here you will find shops, restaurants and tapa bars. Don’t miss the historic city of Granada and its famous Albayzin quarter or drive out to city of Guadix, one of the largest settlements of habituated caves.

The property is surrounded by all kinds of trees; almond, pomegranate and plum-tree among others. Outside, a small terrace with dining table is available for alfresco dinners, with an indoor barbecue a few steps away, adjacent to owners' house. The attractive swimming pool of 4,5 by 10 meters is situated on a slightly higher level, offering beautiful views on the countryside. The pool access can be closed for little children. The additional extra of a pelota court with netball net reflects that this is truly a family house with family attractions!

Please note: the friendly owners have their house on the same grounds and will not be using your private swimming pool, to ensure your privacy.
