Kitchen with hob w/ 4 gas rings, oven, microwave and fridge /freezer and a washing machine. Double bedroom with direct access to a complete bathroom.
There is a multi-functional space that can be converted into an additional bedroom (on request and without ward rope etc.). First floor: 1 double, 2 twins and an additional bathroom. The ample distribution area on this floor is ideal for children as playroom, although smaller children would need supervision as the staircase is not protected.

Situated on the outskirts of Montefrío, a 5 minute drive to simple shopping, restaurant and tapa bars. The baker passes by every morning on workdays. The villa is ideally located for a day trip to Granada (55 km/34 miles), Córdoba (123 km/76 miles) or Antequera with the El Torcal natural park with its fascinating rock formations.
In front the house are spacious terraces with a dining table and tinkling water from a stone fountain making this an ideal place to relax. At the back of the house, you’ll find the private swimming pool of 4 by 9 meters and an ample barbecue area for enjoyable outside dining.
