The Cottages:
* Cottage Uno – sleeps 2. This studio cottage is perfect for a couple.The accomodation comprises a double bed, separate dining/sitting area, a fully equipped corner kitchen and independent bathroom with shower.
* Cottage Due – sleeps 2-4. This cottage would suit a family or two couples, the lower level of the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and sitting/dining area with a double sofa bed and leads onto its own private terrace. Glass enclosed, external stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom (twins or double bed) and a separate bathroom with shower. The stunning views from the terrace are ideal for those pre dinner aperitivos!
* Cottage Tre – sleeps 4-6. The ground floor of the accomodation comprises a twin bunk bed room, with independent shower and bathroom, living/dining area with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Above is a mezzanine level double bedroom with either a double or twin beds. This is great space for a group of friends.
The Exterior: The stunning swimming pool (14.5m x 4.5m) is situated in an elevated position offering optimum scenery.There is a large terrace with sun beds and umbrellas and a pergola. The pool is very child friendly. Facing south, the pool area has sun throughout the day yet always has a cool refreshing breeze, the best of both worlds!
Pizza night: Ever fancied yourself as a budding Antonio Carlucci? Then here's your chance. The owners hold a weekly pizza evening where guests can try their hand at traditional pizza making in the outdoor wood burning bread oven.

There is an abundance of activities available for adults and children including golf, watersports at Lake Trasimeno, a visit to a real Alpaca farm, cookery courses etc. In terms of places to visit one can name Gubbio, Assisi, Montone, Arezzo, Siena among just a few.
