Exquisite luxury high on a hilltop in Tobago, West Indies with panoramic views of lush vegetation in the distant hills from the rear patio and, extending from the 90 ft front patio, a large pool with children’s wading area, Jacuzzi, and cantilevered gazebo. All looking down at the Mt. Irvine golf course, white beaches, the Caribbean Sea and Buccoo Reef. The villa is surrounded a large variety of tropical birds and flowers in manicured gardens, and offers a nightly view of multicolored sunsets over the Caribbean sea.
Inside: The 3-stored high living area features two upper level lofts. One serves as a library and has a day bed and TV; the other is an office with fax machine and dedicated telephone/internet line. The living area is comfortably arranged with Mexican-style furniture, and the finely furnished dining area can seat up to ten. There are four spacious bedrooms in the main building. Each has tall sloping ceilings with a dormer window, en suite bathroom, makeup cubicle, writing table, ceiling fan, and quiet, remote-controlled split system air conditioning.
Adjoining the main building is a large studio apartment connected to the villa by a covered walkway. It is air conditioned, has a full bathroom, two single beds and a double bed. It is ideal for children, a 5th couple, or accompanying service personnel.
Sol y Mar villa amenities include a very large, fully equipped modern kitchen with two refrigerators and two ovens plus a separate ice maker. To ensure uninterrupted enjoyment of your vacation, there is a 10,000 gallon water cistern, reverse osmosis filtered drinking water, and a standby, automatic 10 kilowatt electric generator in the advent of (rare) power failure.
Policy:

- 30% deposit secures the rental with balance 2 months prior to occupancy.
