Introduction
Our tour operator program allows tour operators to market their trips to
travellers through our popular web site and a network of over 670 retail
travel agencies.
How It Works
When joining our program,
tour operator is asked to complete a simple form for registering their
trips into our computer system. Once the application is approved, the
trips will appear on our web site. Potential travellers can contact the
tour operator directly from our web site. InfoHub does not act as
middleman. We simply collect traveller's contact information
and forward it to the tour operator. Upon receiving the contact information
from InfoHub, the tour operator contacts the traveller to complete the sale.
In addition to promoting trips
on our popular web site, InfoHub has reached agreement with over 670 travel
agencies (employing over 7000 travel agents and independent contractors).
Trips listed on our web site will also be electronically delivered to
all particiating travel agencies using InfoHub's innovative technology. The
travel agents will then promote these trips to their clients. Travel
agents will contact the tour operators directly about the bookings.

Eligibility
The Tour Operator Program is an additional
marketing service designed to give our current Hot Trip advertisers extra exposure
of their tour packages. You must first establish an advertising account with us

Cost
- Listing trips on
our web site is free.
- If a travel agent books
a client, the travel agent will collect payment from the client,
deduct the travel agent commission,
then send the rest payment to the tour operator. The commission rate
is usually agreed up between the agent and the tour operator prior to
the booking, and the commission rate is usually 10% of the tour cost.
In this case, tour operator does not pay InfoHub commission (InfoHub
has a separate arrangement in place with travel agents in our network).
- If tour operator book a client
from the leads received from InfoHub, tour operator pays InfoHub
10% commission.
- Other than the commissions
above, there are no other hidden charges.

your hot trips have been activated, come back to this page and

- Note, do not join Tour Operator Program without first joining the Hot Trip Marketing
Program. In which case, your application will be immediately rejected.
