From the tranquil shores of Howe Sound to the alpine village of Whistler, we've wrapped the best of British Columbia into one amazing trip. In what the Canadians call "Sea-to-Sky Country," we hike and ride horseback through lush forests and above the clouds, raft rapids through sheer canyons, bike along cascading streams, and sea kayak among sea lions and whales. In fact, we discover why British Columbia is considered one of the most spectacular destinations in the world!

British Columbia Inn Highlights: Declared by National Geographic Adventure to be the "best place to stay in Squamish", The Howe Sound Inn and Brewing Company is a character-rich inn located in the town center. The secluded Swiss-style Chalet Luise Inn in Whistler offers colorful flower gardens, a fireside lounge, and both a sauna and jacuzzi.

Your Itinerary

Days 1-2: Vancouver - Squamish

After shuttling from Vancouver, we paddle along rugged shoreline to the glacial inlet of Howe Sound. We're likely to get a visit from the harbor seals during our journey. After a beachside barbecue, we continue on to the outdoor adventure mecca of Squamish, where the following day we to the summit of one of the world's largest granite monoliths, Stawamus Chief, for incredible views. (B/L/D).

Days 3-4: Squamish - Whistler

Our next day brings us down the Class III-IV whitewater of the Eleaho River, passing cascading waterfalls along the way. We then opt for pedal power as we cycle the trails of Cheekeye Fan and Alice Lake. We then transfer to Whistler to trek above tree line via the Musical Bumps - Piccolo, Flute and Oboe - en route to Singing Pass. Here we truly experience the meaning of "Sea-to-Sky Country".(B/L/D).

Days 5-6: Pemberton - Vancouver

Saddle up for a horseback ride set beneath Pemberton's ice-capped peaks followed by a hike to Joffre Lakes, complete with spectacular views of glaciers and turquoise alpine lakes. On our last day, we cycle the extensive trail network of Whistler - with names like Emerald Forest, Mel's Dilemma and Whip Me Snip Me - before concluding our adventure in Vancouver. (B/L/D).
