This all inclusive surf camp is made available for women only! Here's your chance to explore beautiful coastal wilderness area's in the Pacific Northwest, while challenging yourself everyday, in the realm of surfing.
While attending camp session on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, you will explore remote beaches that offer a beauty unique to the rugged Northwest Coast.
This tour includes every essential. We provide all needed equipment, housing, meals, professional instruction and unlimited encouragement.

Because this group is made up of women only, (many who have traveled from seperate parts of the world) the atmosphere will be one of unity, where learning to surf together creates a special bond, unlike most "outdoor activities"

Your Itinerary
Day 1:
After checking in at the beach, you will be fitted with your personal equipment. We provide only the best in wetsuit technology. While learning to surf, we promise your experience in the water will be a comfortable one! As well, all our surfboards are matched to your specific weight and height. This provides the best opportunity for you to learn at a progressive rate.
After becoming familiar with the local area, your group will meet on the beach suited up in your wetsuit and sporting your surfboard. We will cover all basic surfing principles in our first session, such as: Ocean safety issues, equipment theory, paddling technique, duck diving, turtle roll, wave knowledge and positioning, pop up's and general rules of the water.
After a 2 hour session, dinner will be served and group will likely hit the beach again for a Northwest style beach fire!

Day 2:
Typical camp day. Wake up for an 8:00am breakfast, take a walk on beautiful first beach or just absorb the vast natural beauty of the area, before hitting the water.
Your second day will be similiar to your first in that we'll be covering all the important issues involving basic wave catching and riding.
Small groups will hit the water with an instructor. Everyone will warm up in the whitewater reform break. This allows you to become familiar with paddling, actually catching small waves and standing up. Once you have shown ability to standup on your board, and more importantly confidence to go the next level, you'll work your way farther "outside" into the "line-up".
Most important in learning to surf, is a good teacher. Rest assured that we are patient teachers with years of experience, and although we will push you, we won't expect anyone to go beyond their limit at any given time!
Our camps are 5 night, because in order to have a solid base in which to build your surfing future, it takes a minimum of this time to absorb everything we offer.

Day 3:
Today you will be a bit sore but very eager to start where you left off from the day before! At this point, students are really starting to come into their own mold. You will be developing your own personal style, based on correct technique. Your instructors will constantly be assessing your surfing, and offering suggestions, providing examples and help you develop into a solid surfer.
Across the river from first beach La Push, is Rialto Beach. Reminicing ancient times, this beach remains untouched and wild. It's part of the National Park and is one of our destinations on this third day. Via Lost Coast Adventures surfari van we will drive a short ways here for our second daily session. Bring your camera, because this beach will take your breath away!
(Our superior location on the Olympic Peninsula, offers a variety of nearby coastal wilderness beaches, that are located within the National Park. When not surfing, we will provide you the opportunity to hike in and visit some of these beautiful National tresures.)

Day 4:
Day 4 is made up of epic rides. The average student enjoys some of her best rides on day four. You are getting into surfing shape and hunting down waves similiar to a seasoned pro. You have a mission to catch better wave after better wave.
There will be some serious group support! At this point, everyone is well on their way to becoming surfers. The friendships spawned from adventure and challenge create a special bond between campers and instructors.
Today will be a unique surf day, with instruction in the first half and an expression session the last half of the day, where you'll surf side by side with your instructors and show off new moves.

Day 5:
Surfari day! This day we'll wake up early and head South for a day of surf exploration. With every mile the coast will open up and the tree's growing larger as we near the National Hoh Rainforest. With many surf options, we'll locate the best waves and spend a full day riding at a new beach. This is what surfing is about. The search for new places and better waves.
After returning to camp after a full day of surfing, we will enjoy a final dinner prepared by local Native Americans. After dinner we will witness Ancient Warrior song and dance demomstrations from the Quileute dance team. This is our celebration to you, for your great achievements the past week in learning to surf.
Our mission is simple. We want to deliver you the experience you'll need to become a proficient surfer. We know from past camps, that our goals are always met, as our sucess rate is 100%
