A 22 days/ 21 nights tour involving 20 days of high altitude trekking. The tour starts from Manali from where we travel on to the starting point of the challenging trek enroute visiting some villages in Lahaul valley. This trek has a well deserved reputation of being one of the most challenging and rewarding trek in all. It involves crossing high passes and descending steeply back down to river valleys before climbing yet another pass. The adventurous find it irresistible since it captures the essence of the Himalayas. The serenity and spiritual solace are an experience of a life time. The trek ends at Lamayuru which is one of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh.
We can extend the tour further by taking optional tours at an extra cost visiting places like Shimla, Dharamsala, leh, Nubra Valley, Tsomoriri or Pangong Lake, Srinagar etc
Highest Altitude gained: Shingo La 5100 m. A minimum of three day of acclimatization is recommended for this trek at a height of 2500 m or more.
