Your Itinerary
Day 1:
Day 1. HUARAZ / CHAVÍN PRE INCA SITE
Arrive to Huaraz, transfer IN to Hostel an acclimatization day tour to the archaeological site of Chavín
Chavín it’s at 3135 meters above sea level, the trip takes 110 kms. from Huaraz will visit typical urban
towns, and we have to cross the white mountain from west to east, we will visit the Andean lake Querococha at 3980 masl. after the lake we will get the top from the white mountain and we will pass the 450 meters tunnel named "Cawish" after this we'll continue for the Tambillos ravine until to get the Mosna river, from this in a few minutes we'll get the archaeological site of Chavín. Here we'll arrive around 1pm. stops at touristy places or where you want for making pictures. We'll have lunch in Chavín and we'll visit the archaeological monument for about 2 hours, after that we will return to Huaraz.

Day 2:
Day 2. LLANGANUCO LAKES / PORTACHUELO PASS / VAQUERIA
We'll leave north from Huaraz for about 60 Km visiting the towns of the Callejón de Huaylas, along this route we can see the White Mountain range, all the day we'll do our sight sing tour with bus til the trail head to start the SANTA CUZ LLAMA TREKKING & HORSE RIDING. We'll have lunch at the Llanganuco lakes after we'll cross the White Mountain at 4750 masl. from here to our first camp of Vaqueria about 3850masl.

Day 3:
Day 3. HUARIPAMPA / PARIA
Start the LLAMA TREKKING & HORSE RIDING IN THE MOUNTAIN, above the peasant town of Colcabamba, together with our mountain personnel, we'll enjoy the rain forest, to our second camp in ravine Paria the second camp.

Day 4:
Day 4. PUNTA UNION PASS / TAULLIPAMPA
Breakfast at 7:30, continue our LLAMA TREKKING & HORSE RIDING, today we head for the pass, the highest point in our route; the Punta Union pass at 4750masl. Here we'll have lunch and enjoy a wonderful view to the White Mountains an the beautiful landscapes, and we'll continue go down to the next camp at Taullipampa.

Day 5:
Day 5. THE LAKES / ALPAMAYO / LLAMACORRAL
After breakfast, we'll continue steep down always enjoying the landscapes till Llamacorral, but before to arrive to our camp we will have enjoyed the two small lakes, maybe fishing for a few minutes if we are lucky we'll catch the trout.

Day 6:
Day 6. CASHAPAMPA / HOT SPRINGS / HUARAZ
This is the last day of our LLAMA TREKKING & MOUNTAIN HORSE RIDING. After breakfast we'll continue steep down to Cashapampa where the route ends, here we will have lunch and continue riding for 30 minutes to the hot springs at "Huancarhuas". Enjoy a bath and here our private bus will be waiting for us to take us back to Huaraz for about 2 hours to our hotel. END OF SERVICES .

Day 7:
OPTIONAL DAY TOUR
Day 7. Private bus to Canrey Chico peasant hometown of the Mountain LLamas and our tourist service house. it's about 25 kms. south of Huaraz here we will prepare you the fest of PACHAMANCA the Andean peasant custom thanking to the visitors (tourists). Preparing the Pachamanca a special dish cooked down earth with hot stones, it has pork, lamb, chicken, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and other sauced. after this transfer to Huaraz to take the bus to Lima
